Yoga and Meditation

Sessions are ongoing.

Our yoga and meditation sessions are designed for everyone!

Chair Yoga provides the benefits of yoga for those who prefer more stability.

Mixed-Level Yoga Flow provides stress relief, strength, and flexibility for yogis of varying skill level.

Guided and silent meditation provides stress relief, centering, and mindfulness practice.

All current sessions are held at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 7720 Alaska Ave NW, Washington, DC 20012.

Additional sites will be added in the coming year. 

Group Fitness

Groups are starting now!

Our group walking program provides a mind-body interaction that combines strengthening and stretching with deep breathing and meditation. 


Three levels are offered for groups:

 Strollers: casual walking with time to chat.

Pacers: a quick step with a mind/body focus.

 Califooters: paced walking with mild calisthenics.

People Walking

Health and Caring

We also offer walks for those who need to get out a bit for a little movement and conversation. Our walkers are trained in CPR and follow a prescribed program that is tailored for the individual.

Individual Walking Trainer

For the fitness walker!

Our individual trainers will design a program specifically for you.  Once we assess your fitness level and desires, a Walker trainer will create a routine that accommodates your desired need.  Whether it is race walking, walking with calisthenics, or putting in the miles, we can design a program for you.

KatTur Health

KatTur Health provides Walking, Yoga, Meditation and Health Care Advocacy.

People Walking is a low-impact walking exercise program for individuals and groups. Individual programs are designed according to fitness level and need.  Groups are designed to accommodate all fitness levels.


Kattur yoga and meditation is for everyone!  We offer yoga for beginners, as well as for the more advanced practitioner. The focus is on the total person's wellness, including mind, body, and connection. 

A Health Care Advocate is there to help you through complex medical issues.
